Tom Bloom, an American martial arts instructor, and former competitive karate fighter, was one of the students of Chuck Norris. [1] He is a 9th degree black belt grand master of Tang Soo Do (Korean karate) , a 6th degree black belt master of Taekwondo, and a 7th degree black belt master of Hapkido, A 7th Degree Black Belt in Shippalgi, and a 7th Degree Black Belt in Gung Fu. He started training under master Chuck Norris at his Sherman Oaks, California Karate school; and earned his first black belt in 1980. He is a 5X International Champion, 3X World Champion, and former co-captain of the United States Karate team 1984-1988. Master Bloom has personally trained and promoted over 300 Black Belt Students, 27 World Champions, and a undefeated 2-Time World Champion Demonstration Team 1996-2000 [2][3]
